Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Originative Peritum Agency & Consultancy (OPAC), we value our clients and aim to ensure satisfaction with all our services, training, and digital products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be requested.
1. Service-Based Projects (Consulting, Design, Development, Media)
- Cancellation Before Project Start: Clients may cancel within 5 business days of signing an agreement. A full refund will be issued minus administrative fees (if any).
- Cancellation After Work Begins: Refunds will be prorated based on completed milestones. Work already delivered or in progress will not be refunded.
- Completed Projects: Once a project has been delivered and accepted, no refunds are available.
2. Training & Mentorship Programs
- Cancellation Prior to Training Start: Clients may request cancellation up to 7 business days before the program starts for a full refund.
- After Training Has Begun: Refunds are not available once the program has started, but participants may defer to the next cohort/session if available.
- Digital Training Materials: Purchases of eBooks, toolkits, and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products (eBooks, Reports, Toolkits, Software)
- All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, due to the instant-access nature of downloads and intellectual property.
- If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., download errors), contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.
4. Subscription Services & Retainers
- Subscriptions and retainers can be canceled anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in cases of proven:
- Service non-delivery by OPAC.
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased digital products, which cannot be resolved by our team.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Your full name and contact information.
- Order or invoice number.
- Reason for cancellation/refund request.
Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.
